The PTO is not all you can use at your convenience, you most use 6 public holidays out of your PTO. But still remaining PTO is well above average national range of PTO.

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
