Leadership is a swamp, lack ability, very political. Egos! Lots of nepotism, if you’re not in their circle and party with them , you will be left behind. Promotions are made based upon nepotism not ability. People so focused on their career advancement and not the mission , unless there’s something in it for them . Staff input is a myth, they do surveys , action plans and nothing is implemented. Patient safety is a myth as well, the leaders know where the problems are and implement fairy dust strategies, yet get awards. This place has gone down hill. If you like to play along with this nonsense and the covid psych drama, this is the place for you. If you can critically think, keep looking elsewhere.
