Pros
The company is a low budget, low income company. What does this mean? They can't afford to pay industry standards. That is also why they are not in high paying locations. This is a stepping stone company, they tell you that when you come in. They expect to keep people around three years max, if you are there longer than three years and unsatisfied then it is your fault not the companies. Sure there is a lot of things the company could do better for itself and it's employees. Sure the pay sucks. Sure there are biased people working there that love to play favorites. Just do your time and GTFO to find the real version of this job. Here is what I do not understand. How is somebody who is going to rate something bad, and not recommend it do it for 5 years? You either have problems of your own or it really was not as bad as you say it was. My rating reflects what the company says it is and how it lives up to what it promised. Lets use some baseball analogies shall we? If I have a player say he cant pitch but he says, "If I pitch we will win the game". At the end of the day he can be the worst pitcher that ever walked this earth, as long as we win the game he gets a good rating. Now if we loose the game sure he gets a bad rating, but the blame is on me too, he said he couldn't pitch. Now you win a game do you keep him on, maybe if he is the only guy willing to pitch for your team. Maybe you keep him so you can play until a real player that knows how to pitch will play for your team.
