      Pros

      Working for the largest domestic flooring manufacturer. Decent benefit package. Employee discount on flooring products is really nice.

      Cons

      Little recognition for performance. Nepotism and favoritism run wild here. The compant is now nothing more than a small piece of the Berkshire Hathaway empire.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
