      Pros

      I can't think of anything good to say about Shaw.

      Cons

      They recently increased our workload by 50% and no raise this year. You have to work hard constantly and are so sore by the end of the 12 hour shift you can barely walk.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
