      Other Shaw facilities seemed like a good place to work.

      Cons

      Worst place I have ever worked. The treatment of some managers were beyond poor. If you weren’t in the “good ol boys” club and a woman you were treated poorly. Not only did HR not help in sexual harassment situations but wrote up the person being harassed.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
