      Great people, fair pay and if given the chance possible advancement, very flexible scheduling and work life balance.

      Cons

      Not very innovative in thinking, boys club and if you aren't in the right circle you will be overlooked.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
