      Position is stressful and physically demanding, Requires a broad scope of expertise. Long hours. Spending most of your time in vehicle, Assembling displays and lugging around immense amounts of samples at all times. Sales pressure from management never stops.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
