      Pros

      There are Absolutely no pros. Unless you are a white male with years of service and Director job title.

      Cons

      White male Directors don't have to abide by the same Code of Ethics or Conduct. A director is allowed to have sexual intercourse in a Shaw office and send nudity pictures of himself to his mistress and still keep his job.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
