      Pay and all the OT you want in the summer when it’s 110 degrees in the plant, then 32 hours in the winter

      Cons

      Lazy people aren’t made to do their jobs. If you’re stupid enough or management knows you are a good worker you will do your job and theirs

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
