      The work is easy to learn and depending on the season there is a lot of it

      Management and structure of the company the favoritism and out right professionalism is lacking and they believe a Costco pizza can cover up a lot of the defaults

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
