      Decent benefits and that's all I can say

      Cons

      No upper management support and no support from HR department. One complaint and they will find reasons to get rid of you. Not enough pay for line employees.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
