      Low expectations of salaried staff. Plenty of individual offices, common to see folks watching movies midday

      Cons

      Shaw rewards cult-like loyalty regardless of competence. Berkshire makes them pretend to have an inclusive, healthy work environment but the reality is you’re working alongside the absolute dregs of American society

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
