      Fair work hours. Room to grow / develop (within reason) Learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Did not receive a single cost of living wage increase while employed. Constant fluctuation in leadership. Some managers are better than others.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
