management was horrible, they all had there own set of rules. One of the csr was so lazy she never did anything for herself. when she was asked to do something she would have one of the cashiers do it and then take credit for it. she made sure she would take her breaks first and her lunch would be go get her purse buy her lunch then go punch out. most days her lunch would last an hour at the least. if one of us was 35 min she would ream us out for being late. she would skip your break if you didn't tell her you needed one.
