No diversity - Anonymous employee Shaw's Employee Review

It's 2016 and I find it absolutely shocking about the lack of diversity in the management ranks of this company. Outside of a few notable exceptions, management is old white guys who can't seem to see the value of diversity. Examples include: 1) No female uniform. 2) Different performance standards for the "old boys" in the club and those that are not. 3) HR. rules administered arbitrarily. I could go on however the fact is most of this leadership has no life experience outside of this particular company and it shows.
