Mismanaged and miserable - Customer Service Representative Shaw's Employee Review

The store manager is running the store into the ground in an attempt to raise margins. Everyone in the store is miserable. Checkout is always understaffed, and other departments constantly borrow our employees during peak hours. I never got the raise I was promised after nearly six months because paperwork wasn't filed, so I was not properly compensated for a larger workload.
