Pros
Pay's good. Most coworkers are friendly with eachother, fast-paced at the time, and that can cause alotta time to fly.
Cons
Managers ans supervisors can get uptight and authoritarian sometimes, no real recognition and respect for your hard work, some employees incompetent, aesthetics leave something to be desired, lets alotta unethical things slide.
