Pros
The hours were extremely flexible and the managers were cordial and understanding. The wages were relatively low, but it was in concordance with the work pressure.
Cons
Shaw's is a dying company and was bought out subsequent to my tenure. They have become much more strict and less flexible with their new employees under a new corporate structure.
