      A lot of friendly non-judgmental coworkers, good hours if you want to work more.

      Cons

      A lot of harassment by coworkers and customers that management doesn't address. Bad communication amongst managers. Lack of consideration and empathy for staff. A lot of sexual harassment and LGBTQ+ biases.
