-Friendly Co workers -If your a people person customers will love you -Employee discounts can save you a lot if you shop there -Helpful managers -The ability to switch departments if there is a vacancy -easy to understand what you got to do
Cons
-Rude customers unavoidable it happens to the best of us (some people wake up and not in the mood) -You will receive blame for company prices even when u have no say in the matter -If your front end get ready to fix alot of other departments mistakes -WiFi needs an upgrade -if you work almost daily listening to the same songs on repeat with an occasional shift in playlist will drive u insane
