No matter which store I worked at, I always seemed to have an energetic and fun loving team to work with

You could be the hardest worker there, but be laughed at when you ask for a raise. At the time of this review, you must have been hired within the last 5 years, or been with the company for at least 15 years to be making anything above minimum wage. Being with the company for 9 years and making the bare minimum while people hired 5 years ago are making $4 more to do a tenth of the work
