Pros
Free food most weekends. The ladies who do the back office/upstairs paper work are gems. Fantastic ladies. The free food when you’ve been at work from open to close the last 4 days is pretty great. Minus the fact you’ve been there for 12 hours 4 days in a row.
Cons
Everything about the job. You live at the dealership, if you want to make a sale. One day off a week. One weekend off a month. So that means your working 6 days in a row your one day off then repeat. If you don’t sell 11 cars a month you are not pushing enough product. You will get a talking too. They teach you nothing about how their systems works. They don’t want you clocking in. They want you to clock in then right back out. So there isn’t really a record of the hours you’re at the lot. They use that more like role call to make sure your at the dealership. HR doesn’t care, at all what so ever. If your not their “golden child” you are not worth their time.
