Pros

The oppurtunity to earn unlimited income without a college degree. Company paid trainbing for the 1st month or so. Established local brand name. Support from experienced management staff.

Cons

Long hours are the norm if you want to be successfull, so if you will see more of your coworkers than your family and friends. Commision based income so it is really hard to budget your money. High turnover for sales and finance staff creates distruptions in operations. Sheehy does a poor job of training and development of staff memebers so when a manangement spot opens up, they are more likely to bring someone new into the posistion than they are to promote a current staff member.

Great benefits and pay potential

Cons

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
