Pros

Tons of support, everyone woks as a team to get the job done. Everyone has been friendly and professional and any issues are resolved quickly. Management will roll up their sleeves and work right beside you when we are extremely busy. There are a ton of opportunities to grow with the company and move up! If you put in the work, you will get recognized and appreciated. It makes for a very pleasant work environment.

Cons

I wish I got paid a little more but I just started so there is time to move up and increase my paycheck.

Great benefits and pay potential

Cons

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
