Advancement from within, Mentorship Opportunities, Training and Development is a large focus for all employees. Sheehy really values their customers and employees taking the time to create a positive work environment where members work together to a common goal. Sheehy is also heavily involved/engaged with the communities surrounding their locations making a positive impact!

I have no Cons for working within Sheehy. Every time my team/ employee has run into an issue the team leaders/management have been quick to come up with workarounds/solutions and produced results/action plans.

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
