Pros

Company is the best, I love how the moral and comradery with the team is so positive and upper management strives to help the team out and be the best! Mr sheehy cares about his employees and it just trickles down to everyone below as he sets an example and teaches us to follow in his footsteps. All benefits are a huge plus and matching 401k .

Cons

Nothing negative, the company is awesome and blessed to be a part of something great!

Great benefits and pay potential

Cons

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
