I absolutely love this company. My managers and co-workers are so supportive and caring. I enjoy the work that I'm doing. I come to work happy every day and I plan on retiring (in many years). I feel like this is my home.

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
