Pros

Good people to work with in every department and corporate

Cons

They either don't know or don't care about salespeople realistically making enough money to live in 2025. Especially people who are sole income earners. Add up the average rent, utilities, car payment, insurance, groceries, and miscellaneous monthly expenses -- then look at the median income in each individual store. Add in some discretionary income and a reasonable amount to save to the above. Structure pay plans that are realistic in providing employees with a decent standard of living in the current economy

Great benefits and pay potential

Cons

Doesn’t Treat all employees equally. Has limited to no process structure. Wild Wild West when it comes to whose customer is who. No real appointment structure as other advisors can throw repair orders into techs names skipping the dispatching order causing other customers to wait longer. Long shifts 7-5 or 9-7 during the week and 7-6 on Saturdays with management never around on Saturdays. Management allows staff to be continually late when store is opening. Management allows 4-5 techs in the same group ( oil change techs, line tech or master tech) to all go to lunch at the same time causing major delays in the shop. No real process on recommendation come returns from previous visits.
