Run away - Anonymous employee Shelby County Community Services Employee Review

Everything else. Each time I move to a new job I tell myself things can't get any worse. SCCS took this as a challenge. The board of directors has no clue what is going on and their legal team out of Chicago are complete idiots. I liked my job when I first came, but they hire so many inept employees, it has gotten to the point where the inmates are running the asylum. Not a good work environment at all. See review headline.
