Pros

Team culture is great. You can expect to learn a lot of things. Lots of diverse interesting projects to choose. Communication is open. People are super + super nice.

Cons

- too much ambiguity- you would have to define your own expertise and places to shine - Overall company goals may be a bit too hard to achieve in technical way. - Comp is lower than the market value. If you are not vocal about your compensation then you'd end up earning lower than anywhere else. No apparent bonus structure.
