      It's VERY hard to find a smart, innovative company that focuses on supporting their employees and franchisees along with making sure clients are extremely happy. I love that this company really focuses on its values and has a stated noble purpose that everyone lives.

      Cons

      Fast growth can sometimes be stressful so if you like a stress-free, slow paced work environment...this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Management is great! Very supportive and lots of resources to improve sales techniques.

      Cons

      Not enough leads or poor leads that aren't qualified. Also, price. ShelfGenie is very expensive compared to competitors. You have to put quite a bit of work in for 10% commission. Also, there is a wide area so LOTS of driving with no compensation for mileage, gas or tolls.
