      Amazing Co-workers, good management, hard working team.

      Cons

      Some of the people I deal with on a daily basis are not the most pleasant. Good news though it is not my co-workers!

      Pros

      Management is great! Very supportive and lots of resources to improve sales techniques.

      Cons

      Not enough leads or poor leads that aren't qualified. Also, price. ShelfGenie is very expensive compared to competitors. You have to put quite a bit of work in for 10% commission. Also, there is a wide area so LOTS of driving with no compensation for mileage, gas or tolls.
