Pros

Competitive Pay Bonuses EVERY year Good stock purchase program Diverse workforce Safety Focused (mostly in the office) Decent Benefits 9/80 Work Schedule

Cons

They rank/compare you to your peers all over the world (how you fare vs everyone else determines your bonus and their view of your current estimated potential). HR is a joke and they don't have diverse upper level managers. They talk about safety in the workplace a lot, but there are operations going on where people get shot at... But when that happens they keep it on the hush and don't protect people. And I've had to work on almost every Friday off with no substitutions (counted as a loss on my end).

Pros

Early career engineers are given significant ownership and exposure to complex operational challenges. Strong focus on safety, technical development, and collaboration across disciplines. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects, interact with senior leadership, and contribute to decisions affecting major assets and infrastructure.

Cons

Workloads can be demanding, and priorities can shift quickly based on operational needs. Decision-making processes can be slow due to organizational complexity, and geographic mobility may be necessary for certain career opportunities.
