Solid company that aspires to be in top quartile for its customers and its treatment of staff. Good benefits, lots of opportunities for training
Cons
Employee experience depends very much on which part of the organization you belong to. If you belong to any of the support organization like IT or HR then your days are numbered as they are on massive outsourcing drive. Culture is also defensive and its often not what you have done or contributed but how you have sucked up to senior management
