Pros
Good people working here, good training opportunities, good compensation scheme compared to other Dutch employers, working from home for a day or so per week possible, good Work / Life Balance, mostly.
Cons
All the disadvantages of a large company. And every 4 years one needs to find a new job. If unsuccessful it can become difficult to keep the job. "Diversity and Inclusion" at Shell means that women are prioritised and men disadvantaged.
