      attractive benefits in Malaysia , work life balance

      Cons

      don't stay more than 2 years, Shell business Operations is not recommended for more than 2 years, limited opportunity for growth in terms of position and salary as well ( salary business operations was created to cut cost, they are laying off their business staff in all countries and replace them with a cheaper staff in their service center)
