Pros
Salaries are in par with the industry standards. High priority for Employee Safety since it is operating in Oil and Gas Industry and the company applies the same to other back offices too. They also ensure employees adhere to the company's safety rules. Organized and well regulated back office environment.
Cons
Very Limited learning in a fully automated environment. Poor Career growth. Promotions, Recruitment sometimes seem to happen in an adhoc manner. Poor food court facilities, many a times that seemingly fresh food has caused severe health problem for employees.
