      Pros

      Pay, work life balance, benefits. Top level associates. Great common goal and culture. Great vacation plan bonus and stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      Decision making process is slow and cumbersome. Many opportunities are located in Houston only. Most managers have not been promoted up through the ranks so they have limited knowledge of what it takes to get the job done.
