      Pros

      Great salary, working culture( respect is highly valued), and leadership development. Graduates are given large business portfolios to manage and are expected to be all-rounded (training and opportunities will be given to develop this)

      Cons

      The graduate program is one of the best in the world. Go for non retail positions so that you will be rotated. It is also hard to change "skill pool". I.e. Downstream to upstream
