Pros
The ability to work in global projects is a great part of working for Shell. Most managers support development opportunities and training.
Cons
Recent move to flexible workspace without assigned desks is demoralizing as staff no longer have the ability to personalize their work space. Many entry jobs have been moved to shared service centers overseas removing career progression. Multiple rounds of reorganization have people reapplying for their own jobs and wondering if the company cares about it's people.
