      Pros

      The pay is pretty nice starting out. The company seems to really care about its employees. Great opportunities to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Manger at certain stores can be a downfall on the experience. Some of the employees can make the job harder. Sometimes wont be understanding of real world problems that occur in personal life.
