      Excellent benefits; strong leadership team; good work life balance; focus on inclusion and respect for people; actively engages with media and stakeholders about energy challenges; credible and down to earth CEO

      Cons

      Decisions can take a long time to be made; you need to know how to network to be successful; engagement surveys show a reluctance to speak up and challenge current thinking - this isn't something I have experienced.
