Good work life balance in general. Access to challenging problems. You get to meet good people. Some teams doing exciting research (particularly in Computational Sciences and Digital Innovation group in P&T). Salaries not bad.
Cons
India staff has to attend late evening meetings sometimes (due to US and Eu collaborators). Parental insurance quite expensive. Three days a week from office mandatory.
