Awful Managers - Customer Service Shell Employee Review

I worked at Bluebell hill SHELL and the managers treat staff like animals have no concept of empathy or anything related. I once message my manager concerning receiving devastating family news during a shift requesting to go home early or immediately , I was told she couldnt find anyone to cover and when I followed it up with something along the lines of me being really sad she went "i told you! i dont have anyone"
