      Pros

      The company did gave me OT but the petrol station lack of employee and we can only take leave for one day only each month. Means we have to work 7 days a week, minimum 12 hours

      All bad No EPF No full time employee benefits

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
