1. Lack of integrity, accountability and ethics. 2. The big three that are in charge, only look out for each other. I have a large documented issue and I was told he makes the company money, so he can be sexist and disrespectful. 3. They treat the onsite team very bad. I put many people in there positions because I believed in the company. I feel so bad for putting good hardworking people in the position to be treated so poorly when I left.

Honestly can not think of any outside of some of the lower level employees

Umbrella properties and signature landscaping and signature carpet cleaning parent company is a Toxic environment being led by men who have absolutely no concern for tenants or staff members. Definitely the worst company I have ever worked for.
