Pros
This company is a great place to get entry level experience. I began working here with no experience in this field and have since gained 4 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to learn if this type of work is for you, I personally love the clients and my colleagues.
Cons
Staff shortage is always a struggle here. Many people sign on, then leave within six months if they realize this type of work is not for them, it may be two difficult to separate your personal feelings from working with clients with mental illness, or they are unable to manage the workload. Turnover is high and expect to have to pick up the slack when understaffed. Also, the salary is low, the cost of living raises are the bare minimum, and there are no bonus.
