Dangerous populations with very high staff injuries. Never enough staff to handle the acuity or number of pts on the units. Low pay. Offensive incentive to pick up shifts. Very small amount of core staff. 80% use of Agency on most units. Inexperienced and uninvolved management. Top heavy company of higher ups with no idea of how the units operate.
