Pros

small hospital, basic benefits, hires new grads

Cons

Great proportion of nurses are new grads, heavy workload, understaffed shifts, lower pay compared to other hospitals, favoritism among certain groups of employees, high turnover of nurses, CNAs, etc. leading to nurses' burnout and poor patient outcomes
